Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Drip Dawg online store (dripdawg.shop) and to all purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are

2. Products
Our products are fashion accessories for dogs, made for walks, photos and fun. They are not safety equipment. Always supervise your dog while it wears our products, and remove the chain and sunglasses when your dog is left alone. The chain is not a leash or collar and must never be used to restrain a dog. Product photos are for illustration; small differences in colour or detail may occur.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the store's currency, or in your local currency where available, and include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred; if we do, we'll refund any payment in full.
5. Promotions and bundles
Bundle discounts and free gifts apply automatically at checkout when the conditions are met and while stocks last. Free gifts have no cash value. If you return items from a bundle, the refund is based on the discounted price you actually paid.
6. Shipping
Shipping times, rates and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel and return items are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by using our products against the guidance above. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
