We want you and your dog to love your DRIP DAWG fit. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU & UK customers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, send us a clear statement of your decision (for example through our contact form or by email). You then have 14 days to send the items back. We will refund the price you paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, though we may hold the refund until the items are back with us or you show proof of return. You pay the cost of returning the items. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the items beyond what is needed to check them.

Returns for all other customers

You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (optional add-on)

If you added the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to your order, you can return your items for any reason within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The guarantee is an extra on top of your legal rights and does not limit them.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. EU customers also keep their statutory legal guarantee rights for faulty goods.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page or by email with your order number and the items you want to return. We will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we can't process returns we don't know about.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the money to show on your account. Fees for Shipping Protection and the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee are non-refundable once your order has shipped, unless you cancel under the 14-day right of withdrawal.
