Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 6–14 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and busy holiday periods.

- Lithuania: €5.99, FREE on orders over €40
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland and most of Europe: $5.99 flat
- Czechia, Denmark, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Poland and the United Arab Emirates: $9.99 flat
The exact shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped to some countries may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. Unless these are shown and charged at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If you added Shipping Protection to your order and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll reship your order or refund it. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can only change the address before your order has shipped.
